This journal is broken down into seven chapters. Each chapter will have a series of questions for you to self-reflect on and journal about. I will forwarn you this process will not be pretty or easy. It will take your mind back to places you wanted to forget. However, this process is necessary because you need to understand what broke you in order to heal and move through the past to create the future you want. Don’t rush the process. Allow yourself to take the time to journal on each chapter and do not skip around. Each chapter is designed for you to acknowledge, and process your answer and proceed to the next step.
