Rental Packages

SPECIAL RATE FOR BOOKINGS FROM NOV 2025 - APRIL 2026

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A 4-HOUR MINIMUM (INCLUDES YOUR SETUP AND CLEANUP TIME) A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT EQUAL TO THE FIRST IS DUE AT THE THE TIME OF BOOKING AND WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR TOTAL COST.

Basic Package Includes – $80:

  • 60-inch round tables & chairs

  • Access to kitchenette

  • No table linen or Wi-Fi

  • Additional hours: $70/hour

 

Deluxe Package Includes – $100:

  • Linen tablecloths

  • Greenery centerpieces

  • 60-inch round tables & chairs

  • Access to kitchenette

  • Additional hours: $90/hour

 

Professional Luxury Package Includes – $120:

  • Access to Wi-Fi & projector

  • Linen tablecloths

  • Greenery centerpieces

  • 60-inch round tables & chairs

  • Access to kitchenette

  • Additional hours: $110/hour

Additional Fees

  • $125 Incidentals Deposit (refunded 48–72 hours after inspection if no damage or excessive mess)

  • $60 Sanitation Fee (mandatory)

 

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • One-time reschedule allowed with 30 days' notice

  • Additional reschedules require a new deposit

  • Cancellations or short-notice changes result in forfeited deposit
